The American Red Cross of Southwest Washington opened a shelter in Klickitat County to assist families who continue to have no power. As you can see in this KATU News video, it is still being staffed so nearby residents can get warm, have a hot meal and see a friendly face.

The only WHITE garbage truck in Clark County, this vehicle began its route in the core of Vancouver on Monday, January 16.
